Bikram's story
Bikram pivoted from multiple technology leadership experiences from startups to Fortune 100 companies, after 35 years to his current venture as an Advisor and Executive Coach. He held executive leadership positions in software engineering, product management and engineering operations - interacting with customers across multiple disciplines. He has experience in bootstrapping companies as well as managing large 3000 person teams.

He works with you to identify the right instrument to deploy and interacts with key stakeholders to ensure that you get an accurate view of where you are. His debriefs result in incredible insights.

As our current or a past client, you define what is confidential and what is not right when we start. Clients need to be willing to have an open, honest conversation with us and should understand that confidentiality is the foundation which this is built on. We don't share anything either with your organization (in case the organization is the customer) or someone else outside the organization without your permission. This includes one-on-one conversations and information that you put on our Web sites to get articles, white papers or e-books.
