Bikram pivoted from multiple technology leadership experiences from startups to Fortune 100 companies, after 35 years to his current venture as an Executive Coach, Leadership development trainer, facilitator and advisor. He held executive leadership positions in software engineering, product management and engineering operations - interacting with customers across multiple disciplines.
