  All programs provides lots of **tools** to keep in your tool chest. Pointers to additional **resources** are provided as a part of each program. We are excited that you will learn and be full of ideas to move forward.

  Assessments (360, 180 or Self) are a part of the **LEADER** and **EXECUTIVE** program, while you can select *optional* assessments as a part of other programs. Where ever you want to go, you always start with **"You are here"**, which the assessment tells you about. You can also download our FREE Impactful Assessment at the bottom of this page.
- #### Dashboard and Action plans
  
  All programs help you build either a Personal, Leadership or Business **Dashboard** - a living document that tells you the direction that you are going or an **Action Plan** that you can start using immediately after each session ends. We build the dashboard and action plans together.

All our programs are led by **you** , unlike consulting (led by the consultant), counseling (led by therapist), mentoring (led by the mentor) and athlete coaching (led by the coach)
