Network and learn with peers in our Impactful Group program. Spend 45 days and as a cohort - learn and experience group coaching in three 90 minute and two 30 minute 1:1 coaching sessions.

  • Fill pre-program worksheet - 1 hour
  • Participate in three 90-min sessions with breakouts
  • Schedule two 30 min 1:1s with Bikram
  • 2 Homework sessions (approx. 30 mins each)
  • Earn a certificate at the end of 45 days

  • Identify your most important challenge. Create your mission to find a solution in 45 days
  • Clarify your current zone between comfort, fear, knowledge and growth
  • Create a balance between your result and relationships
  • Build a personal dashboard to achieve your result
  • In the 1:1 sessions Bikram will be your accountability partner and review and identify all the concepts discussed in the Group sessions

Bikram's story

Bikram started his current venture as an Advisor, Mentor and Executive Coach after pivoting from 35 years of multiple technology executive leadership experiences building products for companies ranging from startups to Fortune 100 enterprises building or working with 10 countries. With his skills in software engineering, product management, engineering operations and interacting with customers across multiple verticals, he coaches and partners with C-suite and other tech leaders from growth stage startups to grow business that have plateaued. He has expertise in bootstrapping companies as well as managing large 3000 person teams.

The different assessments are

  • Checkpoint 360 - A great assessment for first time or middle managers 
  • Emotional Intelligence - Self assessment provides you visibility about yourself and shows you your blind-spots

Both assessments are administered online and include 1:1 debrief (one hour)
