Balance Results & Relationships

3 Keys to Balance Results & Relationships

Leadership often pulls everyone in three directions at once, people, performance, and personal vision.

This workshop helps leaders find their center of gravity.

Key learning outcomes:

  • Discover one's goals and values to balance them

  • Act on actions that lead to results that matter

  • A tool to help understand current and future relationships

  • Practical Strategies and actionable tactics

  • What to do to strengthen collaboration

5 Practices to dispel Inner Conflict that Impede Action

Beliefs are invisible barriers but shaping decisions, fueling self-doubt, and keeping leaders stuck in cycles of analysis-paralysis. When left unexamined, they stall progress and create conflict both within and around us.

Overcoming the 5 anxieties of a Leader

Key learning outcomes:
  • How to break free from and internal conflicts

  • Identify limiting beliefs and their costs
